Goods exchange. If the size, color or model of goods was not suited - Can I change a goods into other?

YES. If you want to change a goods which did not like or was not suited, we ask to comply with the rules of exchange. We are grateful for the constructive and simple cooperaion!

What are the Conditions for exchanging goods?

The goods can be changed within 30 days from the date of shipment. You need to return a goods and complete a new order. If you receive a defective goods, we are commit to take back and to change into analogical goods or refund your money.

What items can i return?

Items will not be accepted for return on exchange (money will not be refuned) if items:
- Were used
- Were damaged
- Changed their primary codition (water, sun etc.)
- Do not have their primary characteristics
- Do not have original label

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be deliver by the DPD courier or by the Post. You can choose your prefered shipping method in the checkout.

Do product prices on your store are VAT inclusive?

Yes, prices on our store are VAT inclusive (21%).

Can a cancel an order?

Yes, the order can be canceled if the order is not completed (was not sent). You need to contact with us by e-mail info@sportsman24.com and give us your order number.

All the goods in our e-shop are 100% original, delivered directly from the manufacturers.
